Vestre Atlas


Product launch film for Vestre’s modular outdoor seating system Atlas
Fig.01. — One system, infinite possibilities 


i. Project Background
        For the launch of Atlas at Stockholm Design Week, I created a product film to introduce Vestre’s latest modular seating system—designed by Espen Voll, Tore Borgersen, and Michael Olofsson. Built for adaptability, Atlas can be configured in endless ways to suit any outdoor setting, from busy cityscapes to quiet green spaces.

ii. Process & Result
        The film uses a heavily stylised, graphic aesthetic and striking audio to create a timeless, meditative journey. It’s purposefully unrushed—designed to slow things down and give space to the product’s elegance and engineering. Whether shown in a trade fair booth or on a social feed, the pacing and tone invite viewers to engage, not just consume.

        This project helped establish a visual language for future Vestre films—combining clarity, calm, and design-focused storytelling in a way that continues to evolve across multiple campaigns.

        The film went on to win gold at the Visuelt design competition with the jury commenting:

  •                    “A seductive and beautiful graphic film with a stunning color palette and fresh sound design. This is an addictive piece – pure eye candy. Artistically and cleverly executed, the film plays with shapes, symmetry, and movement in a striking way. The deliberate use of split-screen imagery adds even more visual value.
